01. Who We Are & How These Terms Apply
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LYF — Live Your Faith website and online store, and any order you place with us. The store is operated by Made For Ministry, trading as Live Your Faith ("LYF", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11292816, with its registered office at Chantry House, 22 Upperton Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 1BF, United Kingdom (VAT registration number 294 3785 56). By browsing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. If you are placing an order on behalf of a business, the person placing the order confirms they are authorised to do so and binds that business to these Terms.
02. Our Products
LYF designs and sells devotional knitwear and related apparel. At launch, our range centres on our Christmas jumper collection, with each garment carrying the declaration "Emmanuel, God With Us" knitted into the fair-isle pattern. We intend to expand the range over time with further seasonal and devotional pieces. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images and colour swatches are for illustration only; because knitwear is produced in natural fibres and screens render colour differently, colours and details may vary slightly from what you see on your device.
03. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order through the store is an offer to purchase from us. An order is not accepted, and no contract is formed, until we dispatch your order (or send a dispatch confirmation), at which point our acceptance of your offer takes effect. Until that point we may decline an order in whole or in part, including where a pricing or product error has occurred, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed; please note this email acknowledges receipt of your offer, not acceptance of it.
04. Pricing & Currency
Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP £) for United Kingdom customers and United States Dollars (USD $) for United States customers, based on your detected location. You can switch currency using the selector in the site header at any time before checkout. Prices displayed for the UK include VAT; prices for the US are shown exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which may be calculated by our payment processor where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but any order you have already placed will be charged at the price confirmed at the time you submitted the order. Where a pricing error is obvious or a product has been advertised at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
05. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive, hold, or store your full card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe and pass through their encrypted infrastructure. By submitting payment, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge the agreed amount to your chosen payment method. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel or suspend your order until a valid payment is received.
06. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States only. We are unable to deliver to other countries at this time and will not process orders with shipping addresses outside these two territories. Orders are dispatched using standard tracked shipping, and any delivery times shown are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control, although we will do our best to help trace any delayed parcel. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered; for UK consumers, this is subject to your statutory rights.
07. Returns & Cancellation
For customers in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless an exception applies. This right is in addition to your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. To cancel, contact us using the details below with your order reference; you then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. For customers in the United States, we operate a reasonable returns policy: unworn items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). In all cases, we recommend returning items using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
08. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take care to ensure our products reach you in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, or you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us with your order reference and a description (and, if possible, a photograph) of the issue within a reasonable time of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including any return shipping costs) in accordance with your statutory rights where applicable. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK or the US.
09. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the LYF name and logo, the "Emmanuel, God With Us" design and messaging, product designs, photography, graphics, and written copy — is the property of Made For Ministry T/A Live Your Faith and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of that content without our prior written consent. Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights in our designs or branding beyond the physical item itself.
10. Charitable Contributions
A portion of proceeds from the Christmas collection contributes toward sponsoring individuals in need. We do not display individual donor names or donation amounts. The number of people sponsored is published when a meaningful threshold is reached and may be updated from time to time. This commitment reflects our mission but does not form a binding contractual obligation over any specific amount or recipient.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any loss or damage arising out of your use of the website or from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit or loss of data, in each case to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
12. Governing Law
For customers in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales — without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you may have in the place you live. For customers in the United States, these Terms are offered subject to applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws, which cannot be displaced by this clause; where this clause is enforceable, disputes shall be referred to the courts of England and Wales, and you may also bring proceedings in the US state in which you reside to the extent local law requires.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page together with the date of last revision. Continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
