We do not collect or store your full card or bank details — payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor, and we only receive confirmation that payment has been authorised, along with a transaction reference. We may also receive limited technical information automatically, such as your approximate location (used to set the display currency), and the pages you view on our site.

We use your personal information to process and dispatch your order, to send you an order confirmation and dispatch notification, to respond to your enquiries about an order, and to handle returns, refunds, and any complaints.
